Defective Items

In the event of a manufacturing defect or hardware failure upon arrival:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos if applicable.
  • We will troubleshoot with you to determine if the unit is defective.
  • If deemed defective, we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

Returns Process

If you wish to return a non-defective item:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
