Defective Items
In the event of a manufacturing defect or hardware failure upon arrival:
- Please contact us immediately via our Discord or support email.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos if applicable.
- We will troubleshoot with you to determine if the unit is defective.
- If deemed defective, we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
Returns Process
If you wish to return a non-defective item:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
